    Who knows where I can get a responsible Treatment / Medical Management of my suspected Case of Diabetes here in Lagos, Nigeria? Thanks.

    Lagos? Phew, that's a difficult one.

    I have some experience of Lagos. Meanwhile, I suggest google is your friend :)
