Christmas is only once a year which makes my credit card very happy. There probably is a low carb low fat sugar free Cjristmas pudding hiding in the cornr of a health food shop for those determind enough to find it!

hmmm.. think its probably best left hiding. The low carb stuff always tastes a bit 'pants' to me - got a cupboard full of low carb pasta that I wouldn't feed to my dogs after tasting it.

I am not a big fan of xmas pudding, but Christmas isn't the same without it - I'm going to go for the real thing and cut out on some of the other stuff - should be Ok with a small portion and it is only once a year, so 'sod it'.

I like custard on my Christmas pud, it's not low carb, but I do leave the sugar out of it. Since no one else is keen on anything too sweet they don't mind it too much. Blancmange is pants with no sugar in it thoe!
