I have heard that Okra is helpful, but not seen any scientific research to support this.

I am not a big fan of Okra as I don't like the taste, so can't even give any 'personal experience'

    Anyone know anything more?

Same here - I've heard it's beneficial. Tried a pack from my local Tesco's - and I can confirm it tastes like pond water

Hey, I was boy err....once. Spent a lot of time as a kid skinny-dipping in ponds. 'Nuff said.

I couldn't see myself eating it long term.
