    hello, does anyone have a branmuffin recipe which would be acceptable for a Type 2 person? Your feedback would be greatly appreciated- harry

    Look at www.diabetes.org.uk and look in the recipe section.

    Also companies like candarel and splenda produce recipe books.

    Blueberry muffins are also supposed to be OK
