    Does any one live near Thamsere Leisure Centre Thamesmead or The Water Front Leisure Centre Woolwich? If you do, would you like to join me for a weekly or fortnightly swim?:wink:

    If any one else wants an exercise buddy near them, perhaps they could post here. We are all supposed to take more exercise.
    Does anyone out there do tai chi and leave near Abbey Wood? Want to join me on a Sunday in the back garden? My husband and grown up son both make wonderful and plentifull cups of tea!:boogie::surfing:

    I guess our membership is still a little low to cover areas in depth, but just in case, I am looking for a squash or badminton partner within 20miles of Manchester UK
    I'm 48 and unfit, but used to play a bit.

    General good sense and desire not to die of a heart attack means that a slow and measured buildup is required - looking for someone who needs the same.

    I am doing my bit to get the message across. Actually is there a poster or something I can down load and put up at my GP surgery and at work? A little advertising never does any harm.:fingersear::updown::sleepout:

    Its an interesting idea - I guess I could try and produce one when I get back from Crete.

    To be honest, its still early days for the forum - as we post more and appear more in Google search results, more people will join, I guess.

    A little more promotion wouldn't go amiss though.

    I'll see if I can come up with something too, am I allowed catchy phrases like candy is dandy but liquor is quicker? No maybe not...

    Still working on a way of advertising this forum. I have told by word of mouth quite a few people about it. I have given up the idea of an execise buddy till spring now. When I saw this mornings frost, the last thing on my mind was exercise unless I could jog back to bed with a hot drink and a good book!:beard:
