    I read that too.

    I suspect supplements aren't the answer - and I take some myself - like folic acid.

    I can only tell you what I decided - and that was in the juggling act called 'eating', include as much as the grub that BB mentions at the top as possible.(and see Marks list on the 10th) Not a banana fan myself, but that seems a good one for most people. Off the top of my head, how about good old fashioned yeast tablets? Never heard of anyone overdosing on those....

    My opinion is that y'never going to get the RDA right - but I believe things balance out with care. There's ALWAYS going to be SOMETHING. Ahum...:shocked:

    I'd go for creative cooking, and fun recipes and exercise. I learned the hard way - I'm a Stroke Survivor. And I'm under 50. :bigsmile:

    I was reading somewhere recently that Omega 3 (found in some fish oils) can prevent kids developing diabetes. If it's tru I can see kids being filled with cod liver oil capsules!:fierce:
