I admit it, I love to eat. I recently said to a friend of mine that it would be so much easier to be in good shape if food wasn't so delicious. But it is. I could fight and stop eating everything I like, but I'd rather make changes to healthier choices, so instead of bread, pita for diabetics from Joseph's Bakery; instead of coffee, tea; instead of juice, fruit; and so on. I love vegetables and eat a salad every day, but am bored with drizzling it with some balsamic vinegar (or variations thereof) all the time, so am looking for a healthy swap. Any secret dressings?
