    HI,
    My Fasting sugars are 154 and Random sugars are 224 now i started medication amarly half mg, Glycomat 500mg and after fifteen days my blood sugar gone down to 87(fasting) and 99(post/random), daily i walk for 6 kms and practise yoga for 30 mins. I found this site very interesting,i am glad to meet you all here, it gives positive mind to be connected with you all.
