    I don't use this forum as frequently as I used to. It is becoming to cluttered with adverts, which the forum owner does not seem to be removing. Unless they are being paid for, the adverts get in the way and hinder the flow of posting, so I am going to bow out.

    I have also had a member of this forum asking me for money (I said no). If anyone wants to follow me for genuine discussion and support I moderate on www.diabetessupport.co.uk
