    hi any one want to help me. im 32 yr old with type 1 gone very bad in the past yr very badly controled. would like some help and advise

    I'm type 2 and on pills.

    Have you got anyone around who'd give moral support? You have at least come to these forums. The other thing to do would be to join something like Diabetes UK (www.diabetes.org.uk) and if you are living in the UK try yo find an expert patients course near you.

    Keep checking back here. Someone who's type 1 will come along and offer help support and advice at some point. Mght pay you to also look through the discussions and see what others have to say.

    Remeber you are not alone and it is OK to ask help of others when you need it.
