Hi. I hope someone can help me with a query. Is it ok to wear masseur sandals if one is a diabetic. i am a type 2 and recently bought and am regularly wearing masseur sandals for better circulation. I have noticed that my soles are getting dry and blistery.

    Hi Josephine

I haven't tried them myself, but I heard that some diabetes footcare specialists use the Maseur brand insoles for diabetics with neuorpathy in their feet.
Assuming that the insoles have the same surface as the sandals, this is a good sign. I'd say. As always, you are best to bring the matter up with your diabetes care team to be sure.

It might be worth seeing a chiropodist, as the dryness could just be a result of your feet being exposed to the air more often.
