Has any one else noticed how many foot pampering kits are aimed at women? I wanted to get one for my dad but I can't see him wearing the pink fluffy slippers...

Think I'll just have to contact the firms concernmed, although the typical response is that women tend to be more health aware and are the taget audinece/consumer. Men need pampering too, so why not pamper kits for men?!

From the blokes I've spoken to - and that includes me too - the worse part of the diabetic exam is having someone fiddlin' with their feet.

My practice nurse says I could fiddle with her's all day, she loves it:bigsmile: So perhaps it's a gender thing ?

There's always those massaging bubbly foot bath things perhaps.

I hate having my feet played or fiddled with. When my toe nails need a trim it is absolute torture as my tummy gets in the way.

Hubby says I can fiddle with is feet all day if I want but he's not wearing pink fluffy slippers for any one....

    Horses for courses I suppose:bigsmile:
