    It is said cat and dog owners suffer from less stress than non cat and dog owners. Dog owners probably get more exercise with all those walkies, but how many people own a pet of any kind? We have a 15 year old gold fish

    Me. Got a cat. Actually, it's a CAT. A female CAT at that. Had her about six years. Gosh knows how old she is. A stray. One day, I'm in the the garden, planting a fruit tree, and next this daft Grey striped tabby slammed it's claws into my chest, followed by this big even dafter elderly dog, tail wagging. Still got the scars.

    Now I know why they call them 'Queens'. She talks. Will she open a door? Nope. Who does she get up at 3 am. Me. Who does she prefer? Women. Me? I'm a servant to the Queen. Sniff by name, Sniff by nature. Stress? Gimme Sleep!

    How the heck do you you keep a Goldfish alive for 15 years? My ex-wife had one called Doodle, as in, Magic Roundabout. Guess what it looked like before it fell apart.....

    Prefer cats to dogs, ours was a tom. I am surounded by males. Before he met his make I could do anything I like to the little furry bugger. If any one sat next to me so the little sod was there making room on my lap for himself.

    How do I keep a fish alive for so long? Not sure, it is a big sod now and I'm sure it killed all the others off.

    Hi Dray, well the old sod who cleans the tank still has all of his fingers, so it must be a fussy eater. I don't put my hands in without rubber gloves on...
