This is something being organised by the firm I work for, and although there is some cost involved, I thought I'd give it a try.
It is six sessions over 4 weeks, and helps people change their life style/eating habits etc. to be less stressed, fitter and healthier.

Joking aside, stress is something that can knock blood sugars up. CW mentions in other posts that exercise helps reduce stress, and I can vouch it keeps blood sugar levels down. I'm personally a bit dubious about 'state of mind' stuff, but I guess that's personality dependant. I've found that if you're aggressive with yourself and your ambitions, (not necessarily other people) guidance is good, but there's a good chance you know it already.
But hey, nice to be reminded I guess.
I had to cancel my course. My ex childminder who will hence forward be known as stress on legs let me down causing me MORE stress in juggling work and home and getting a new childminder and everything...
